2. Lead Software Engineer - C#/.NET/azure and awesome communication skills critical

Most hires are 3-10 years of overall experience. Would hire more junior or more senior if they have the right fit.
Salaries 70-155k range + 2-5% bonus, 90% paid healthcare, 3 weeks vacation

— We don’t have a job description for this role, but you know how we see soft skills — agile, communication, collaboration, etc. As I related, one has to a technical lead, so this would put an emphasis on customer-facing skills.
— I have never thought that years of experience, previous titles, or other measures were all that meaningful. We are looking for effective, pragmatic developers with strong C#/.Net skills, preferably with some experience in Azure deployment, and business/utility analytics. To be effective in a client project team, I would think this would be 5+ total years of development experience, professional maturity, good communication skills, and at least 2+ years in the tech stack.
